NWAHosting.com Hosting Support Policy NWAHosting.com will provide. free of charge, support for your web hosting. Most support questions or problems can be answered in our FAQ. If your question is not answered there, or to request additional support please contact us at http://manage.nwahosting.com

Free Support Services are defined by:
Assistance with setup or basic operation of applications or scripting provided as a part of your hosting service. (cPanel, Web Stats, etc.) Information regarding the required paths or availability of services to run applications or scripting you wish to install.

Problems or errors with FTP, Telnet, HTTP, SMTP, POP, mySQL services. Assistance with initial setup of your email application.

Support Services NOT provided free of charge:

Third party applications or scripting not provided as a part of your hosting services (i.e. installed by you or your representative).

Setup or configuration of services not provided as a part of your web hosting.

Setup or configuration of modules not currently operational or modification of existing modules on NWAHosting.com servers.

Training in use of mySQL, phpMyAdmin, FrontPage, or other applications.

Software or hardware issues on your computer.

Trouble shooting problems or conflicts with your ISP (connection) services.

Trouble shooting problems or errors with your web site not related to server performance.

Repeated assistance in setup of your email application.
Assistance with services outside the scope of your web hosting can be provided for an hourly charge, at the discretion of the NWAHosting.com representative.

Payment of your hosting charges and any subsequent billing acknowledges your acceptance of these terms. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for any updates or changes to Terms of Service.

Under no circumstances will the action of SPAMMING be tolerated. You are expressly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk-mailing of commercial advertising, information announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who have specifically requested it. Malicious or threatening email is also prohibited. Violators will have all services immediately terminated and no refunds will be issued. When a complaint is received, NWAHosting. will investigate and shutdown the account that is SPAMing. A $250 charge for violating this policy will be charged to the person initiating the SPAM. Futhermore NWAHosting. reserves the right to prosecute for this violation. A $1.00 charge will be assessed PER EMAIL sent should NWAHosting. choose to pursue and prosecute. To report this type of violation please forward email with full headers to abuse@NWAHosting.com

All content that you upload to this server will be considered to be your own intellectual property. NWAHosting.com will hold no copyright Examples of non-acceptable content or links:

Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses or Other Destructive Activities: Distributing information regarding the creation of and sending Internet viruses, worms, Trojan horses, pinging, flooding, mailbombing or denial of service attacks. Also, activities that disrupt the use of or interfere with the ability of others to effectively use the network or any connected network, system, service or equipment.

Other Illegal Activities: Engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including, but not limited to, advertising, transmitting or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards and pirating software.

90% of the files on your disk space must be linked to your website (Shared & Reseller accounts ), NWAHosting is not for file storage. If you need file storage contact support.

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, NWAHosting WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.

Your site content (files) may not exceed the quota of your hosting plan. If you exceed your hosting quota, you will be notified and billed for one month of service, at the rate of $0.50 per megabyte over your quota. Traffic will go unmonitored until you reach the amount of quota allocated to your specific plan. Thereafter, normal data transfer cost of $10.00/1GB will be billed to your account. If you do not reduce your usage or upgrade your hosting plan, your services will be terminated without refund. NWAHosting.com will not be responsible for moving, reconfiguring or updating files that need to be moved to an upgraded server for this reason.

You may not post, publish, illustrate or upload any material that violates or infringes on the copyright, intellectual property rights or trademark rights of any individual or organization. This includes, but is not limited to, all sound and video files/formats, images, and text media. This also applies to linking directly to illegal files or other sites that offer any illegal material.

You may not post, publish, illustrate or upload any material that is grossly offensive to the general on-line community, including but not limited to, exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, invasion of privacy. This includes material that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens any person or group.

Adult content is not allowed. Adult content is considered to be anything that contains nudity, pornography, or sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature and intent, or that violates local, state, national or international laws.

NWAHosting.com reserves the right to remove or deactivate without notice any type of script or programming that violates these terms of service or interferes with the operation of your web server. Repeated offenses will cause termination of services.

NWAHosting.com reserves the right to remove material(s) from the server(s) that are in violation of these terms and discontinue service to any person(s) in violation of these terms.

You are solely and fully responsible for the contents of your web space and backing up those contents on a regular basis. Any and all repercussions will be born solely by you as the account holder. NWAHosting.com will not be held responsible or accountable for any materials published, stored or otherwise held in your web folder.

NWAHosting.com makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the hosting service.

NWAHosting.com will not be held liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use NWAHosting.com service(s) or any content thereon.

This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

NWAHosting.com reserves the right to change or amend these TERMS OF SERVICE at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to be familiar with these Guidelines in the event that they change at any future time.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

Billing policy:
Billing Policies
Payment of your hosting or other charges and any subsequent billing acknowledges your acceptance of these terms. These terms are subject to change without prior notice. While we will deliver notice of changes or updates to these policies, it is your responsibility to periodically check this page for any updates or changes.

Web Hosting is a PRE-PAID service.

Electronic invoices are monitored for pickup. If hosting invoice is not retrieved within ten days, or two days for maintenance, domain, or other services with a net due 10 days, paper invoice will be sent via postal mail to billing address. There is a $1.00 service charge for paper invoicing.

Payments made by check will not be credited to your account until check has cleared and been confirmed.

Payments not received by due date will have a 10% late charge, added to unpaid balance for each billing period payment is not received. Hosting billing cycle (after first due date) is 1 day; non-hosting billing cycle is 1 day.

Hosting accounts not paid in full by the start of business on the 2nd day of the service month will have their ftp, website & email services suspended until full payment plus late charges is received. Past due maintenance accounts will have work removed from their website if payment is not received within 15 days of work completion.

A $10 fee will be charged to reconnect suspended hosting services. Full payment of past due balance and reconnect fee are due before site is reconnected. Full payment of past due maintenance account is required to restore updated pages.

Hosting accounts not paid in full within 30 days of original due date will have all services terminated. Termination of service does not relieve you from debts incurred while your site is/was active on our DNS (domain name servers).

Reconnection will be at the discretion of NWAHosting. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment.

Accounts 90 days or more past due will be turned over for collection.

NWAHosting.com reserves the right to refuse web host transfer assistance if unpaid past due balance exceeds 30 days.

NWAHosting.coms reserves the right to discontinue all services to any account that has had three or more late payments in any 12-month period.

NWAHosting.com reserves the right to refuse reconnection of terminated services.

Refunds will not be made in the case of website termination for violation(s) of services.

Set up fees and domain registration or renewal fees are non-refundable.
